Liz and I decided to replace a couple of really old and uncomfortable lounge chairs months ago. After shopping at all of the furniture retailers in Sale, Bairnsdale and Traralgon, we were overwhelmed by the experience of sales people promoting the features of their product with little consideration to what we thought was important.

Our key requirements were Australian made, high quality, comfortable and durable, plus an appropriate warranty. Pauline found out what was important to us and her knowledge of the Garstone range made it easy to promote the features that we identified as important. The bonus feature was the ability to oversize to cater for my height. No other sales person had thought to mention this as an option despite it being obvious that I’m 196cm tall.

We both work full time, plus run a beef farming business. We love how nice it is to flop into the chairs at the end of the day and how comfortable they are.
